2. Services Provided

Junk Be Gone offers junk removal services, including but not limited to the removal of furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, and general household or office junk. The services are provided based on the size and volume of the items to be removed.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Appointments: You can book services via phone, email, or through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification with the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a fee of $50.
• Changes to Scheduled Services: We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your service request. However, last-minute changes may affect availability or incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Our pricing is based on the amount of space your junk takes up in our truck. A free, no-obligation estimate will be provided before we begin the job.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the junk removal service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash. 
• Refunds: Once the junk is removed, no refunds will be issued unless there is an error or fault on our part.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access to Items: You are responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed are easily accessible. If items are difficult to access or require special handling, additional fees may apply.
• No Hazardous Materials: We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, oil, paint, or medical waste. It is your responsibility to inform us if there are any hazardous materials on the property.
• Ownership of Items: By using our services, you confirm that you own the items to be removed, or you have received explicit permission from the property owner or relevant party to dispose of the items.

6. Liability and Limitations

• Damage to Property: While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Junk Be Gone is only liable for damages caused to your property during the junk removal service, after Junk Be Gone leaves the premises we will not be responsible for any damages . It is your responsibility to ensure that any obstacles, such as low-hanging branches, fences, or fragile areas, are cleared.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junk Be Gone, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Junk Be Gone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Junk Be Gone reserves the right to terminate or suspend service at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, acted in an inappropriate or illegal manner, or have failed to comply with our policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
